Microbiologist with over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and supervision, in particular microbiological control in the cosmetics industry.
An expert in the field of legal regulations, standard requirements. Auditor of systems and quality standards as well as research methodology in the field of cosmetics production.
Author of numerous expert opinions and industry articles. Active speaker and trainer in the field of legislation, quality systems, GMP/GHP and industrial microbiology.
A long-time academic lecturer at the University of Warsaw, the University of Engineering and Health and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Active participant in working groups at the Polish Association of the Cosmetics Industry and the Polish Association of the Cosmetics and Detergent Industry, as well as technical committees at the Polish Committee for Standardization.
Currently, Magdalena is the Director of the Physicochemical Laboratory of Cosmetics.
A graduate of biology with a specialization in laboratory diagnostics and cosmetology with a specialization in therapeutic cosmetology. Katarzyna has also completed postgraduate studies in biostatistics – practical aspects of statistics in medical research at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Additionally, she expanded her knowledge and passion in the field of statistics and cosmetics during numerous trainings and courses. She is a co-author of an article in the industry magazine “Świat Przemysłu Kosmetyczny”.
Katarzyna has been associated with the cosmetics and household chemicals research industry for over 10 years. She started her career in the cosmetic testing laboratory as an assistant, being promoted to Cosmetics Research Specialist, Senior Assistant to the Project Manager and ultimately taking up the position of Project Manager.
The wide range of responsibilities as a Cosmetics Research Specialist and Senior Assistant to the Project Manager included the analysis and interpretation of results, statistical analysis of results, preparation of reports on application and instrumental tests, creation of management system documentation (testing procedures, technical and other related instructions), implementation of new equipment and testing methods, as well as validation and authorization of reports. As a Project Manager, she supervised and managed the project at every stage, provided substantive support to the analytical team and cooperated with the client and the customer service office.
A graduate of chemistry at the Podlasie Academy and the University of Warsaw. Agnieszka is an expert in in-vivo tests with many years of experience in dermatological, application, sensory and instrumental test. Currently, she is the Head of the Cosmetics Testing Center in Warsaw where she co-create and develop tests related to cosmetic products.
An academic lecturer of science subjects, as well as those related to the assessment of the effectiveness of cosmetics. Currently at the College of Engineering and Health, and previously at the Medical University of Warsaw.
Promoter and reviewer of engineering thesis in the field of cosmetic chemistry.

Head of Apparatus, Application and Dermatological Testing of Cosmetics / Head of Cosmetic Segment Operations
A graduate of cosmetology, chemistry with a specialization in cosmetic chemistry and cosmetic trichology having 11 years of experience in the cosmetics industry.
Anna started her career in the Research and Development department in a renowned company producing color cosmetics. There, she quickly became a symbol of creativity, designing new cosmetic recipes with extraordinary commitment. Innovative products have gained recognition on both the Polish and international markets.
In 2014, Anna transferred her skills to a research laboratory, where she co-created and developed research services related to cosmetics for over 9 years. Her extensive experience in various positions within the department allowed her to explore both the practical and theoretical aspects of the field.
Anna not only deepened her knowledge, but also shared it as a co-author of a publication in a respected industry magazine. Her passion for learning led her to complete a postgraduate diploma in cosmetic trichology in 2016.
In 2021, Anna acted as a Project Manager, working with demanding foreign clients. Her wide range of responsibilities included project management at every stage, supervision of many testing projects, implementation of new testing methods and services, and process optimization.
Anna had also an important role as the Leader of the Team for Analysis and Interpretation of Application and Instrumental Test Results of the Skin.
Łukasz has been in the industry for almost 9 years, and his career began during his bachelor’s studies. At first, he worked as a clinical research technician in a renowned research laboratory. In this role, Łukasz dealt with a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing documentation in accordance with the GCP system, analyzing results and conducting research using advanced measurement equipment. He often assisted specialists in dermatology, ophthalmology, pediatrics and laryngology.
The next significant step in his career was the position of Project Manager, which he took up in November 2020. Here, his responsibilities included supervision and implementation of research in accordance with the GCP system, substantive support for analytical staff, cooperation with the client and the customer service office on the research protocol.
In November 2021, Łukasz was also promoted to the position of team leader, which is proof of his excellent ability to manage and inspire others.
Łukasz has extensive experience in testing cosmetics, dietary supplements and medical devices. His involvement in the field of clinical research culminated in the completion of postgraduate studies in methodology, organization and management at the Faculty of Medicine of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
After working hours, Łukasz is passionate about basketball.

For over 7 years, Karolina has been associated with analytical methods – theoretical and applied, mainly spectroscopic, electrochemical, and for the last 3 years, medical and biological. Expert in research methods for sun protection products.
Creator of scientific publications, patent applications and popular science articles.
KArolina has built her experience through project work at the University of Gdańsk, in the R&D departments of Polish start-ups and in a clinical research laboratory.
Currently she is a member of standardization committees – Technical Committee 217 of PKN and Working Group 7 of ISO.

Katarzyna shaped her professional path in the research and development departments of large cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies, dealing with the development of product portfolios through formulation, research and creation of PIFs for cosmetic products.
In the field of pharmacy, she worked in the R&D and Drug Quality Control departments, dealing with the implementation of pharmacopoeia testing methods, among others for herbal medicinal products and analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products. For about 4 years she has been improving her skills in the field of liquid chromatography in the GMP area.

A leader with 10 years of experience in team management. Head of the Cosmetology Laboratory, testing cosmetics, medical devices and dietary supplements. Marta co-created the laboratory from its very foundations. She opened three laboratory locations.
Listening to the needs of customers and meeting their expectations, she has implemented many cosmetics testing methods in the area of dermatological and skin instrumental tests, including UV tests. To raise the profile of her research and ensure the safety of volunteers, Marta implemented the GCP (Good Clinical Practice) system.
