Qualitative tests, including the identification of the presence of typical pathogens and quantitative tests of the total number of microorganisms, in accordance with ISO standards.

The determination of the technological parameters of the mass, such as the density, the pH, the viscosity, the dry mass many others, is at the basis of the development of a technique. Moreover, it is a key element to check the cosmetic formulation.

Physicochemical testing is the basis for determining the properties of cosmetics as well as stability/compatibility with various packaging conditions.

ANALYSIS: pH, density, viscosity, dry matter, chlorides, dry organic matter, preservatives i.a. parabens, phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, sorbic acid content of allergens i.a. geraniol, eugenol, linalool, content of heavy metals i.a. As, Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr, Ni, Sb and many others.

These tests consist of storing and analyzing the product under various temperature, humidity, or light conditions, and then comparing the qualitative results to the preliminary value, i.e. to the results obtained before the start of the test.

Performed on the final cosmetics formulation and designed to detect contact allergy caused by cosmetics. Thanks to them, it is possible to verify whether the product is safe for the skin, and thus does not cause skin irritation.

Cosmetics claims are confirmed by use tests (application tests). As part of these tests, consumer tests are carried out at home with the participation of a properly selected group of volunteers. The tests are carried out under the supervision of a dermatologist and, optionally, doctors of various specialties.

We offer:

• panel assessment (objective): analysis of the application properties of a cosmetic product performed by a group of specialists: cosmetologist, hairdresser, podiatrist, trichologist, doctors of various specialties dermatologist, allergist, gynaecologist , ophthalmologist, paediatrician , dentist, diabetologist;
• panel assessment (subjective): an in vivo study on healthy volunteers, selected according to the Client’s preferences.

The instrumental tests are carried out in order to obtain the objective results of the use tests. All tests are performed in conditions with standardized environmental parameters on a group of people appropriately selected for the purpose of the product. It is possible to evaluate the immediate effect of the product after one quantitative application and to evaluate the effects of long-term use of the product applied by the volunteers at home.
